There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers. -BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.

Foster was great to work with throughout the reservation process and stay. I asked lots of questions prior to the stay and Foster was always prompt, courteous, and friendly when responding. The house is in a great location within walking distance of the beach. The house was very tidy with all of the essentials. It was a little too cool to use the small pool but the seating area below the house was a nice place to sit and visit. We rented a golf cart from Foster and delivery/pick up from the house was an added convenience. We would highly recommend this property/host and will definitely rent from Foster in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely stay again with my family of 5 and grandpa. Spring Break 2025 first time staying inside Port A city limits showed us alot of action and easy access to convenience stores, restaurants and most importantly BEACH ACCESS. Foster's beach home was clean, cozy and had all the essentials we needed for just about everything. I appreciated the blender for margaritas, extra fans in rooms for myself being a hot sleeper, big living couch for movie night with grandpa and lots of dishes, utensils for the 6 of us and more with bathroom essentials as well. Downstairs had a cozy pool for little ones and roku TV plus charcoal grill. Plus outdoor shower with bathroom made it very easy to use coming from the beach sandy & since my kids don't use beach portable a pottys. Foster gave us an incredible deal for a golf cart and made beach bathroom runs super easy. At 1st I thought it would be noisy nights, completely wrong, both nights peaceful. Tight squeeze for playpen but made it work. Thankyou
