THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE. -Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart). -BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.

Foster was a great host! He responded in a timely manner & answered all questions in great detail. He even came to the house to introduce himself while he was on the property. I liked how involved he was & how seriously he takes providing comfort & help to his guests. House was perfect for our large group, it had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked, large pantry to keep all of our snacks/drinks & there was even a stand alone ice maker! Huge bonus! The rooms are very spacious, living room couches are SUPER comfy & every room had its own TV. Another bonus I loved was the sound machines in all the bedrooms. The location of the home is prime, very easy to get to all of the fun restaurants, bars, coffee shops & beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Love the community feel of the units, it’s like a mini neighborhood. My kids had a great time making friends w/the other kids staying on property. Long story short, I didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to go back! Thx Foster!

This was a perfect getaway spot for spring break family vacation. Everyone had space to be together or get some quiet time to themselves. The kids loved the rooftop patio, bunk beds, private bathroom, reading nook, and lawn games. Clean, walkable to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Foster took the opportunity to check in mid-trip and make sure everything was okay, neighbors were respecting quiet hours, etc. Overall this was a great spot - would definitely recommend and come back again sometime.
