Please ask about our special golf cart rates! Up to 10% off for our guests with FREE DELIVERY. 6 passenger and 4 passenger carts available delivered right to your condo! -HEATED POOL: PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT GET AS HOT AS A HOT TUB. THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE. -Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers. -BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat. -Please note: This is a new subdivision and there is ongoing construction.

Foster was an ideal host. Responded to questions quickly and gave great local advice. The place was exactly what we expected from the listing and was easy to get to. Excellent location with beach access and just minutes from town. Will definitely be using him again for our next stay.

We felt right at home as soon as we got there. The host met us at the property and was super friendly and helpful in giving us references for places to eat and things to do. The beach is within a short walking distance, which was great for us as we brought our bikes and rode on the beach into town. The home was neat, clean and very tastefully decorated with a beach theme, and the heated pool made it especially nice. I would highly recommend staying at Fosters place . We will definitely be back.
